Living with heArt offers guidance and support during pivotal life moments. When faced with change, humans go through an internal transition and transformation. Whether facing a move, new career, changes in relationship, graduation, or the death of a loved one, therapeutic counselling and visual journalling helps identify emotions, behaviours and thoughts, understand the stages of transition, address challenges that arise and provide a supportive space to look within.
Visual journalling and workshops allow participants to create new patterns and behaviours, improve relationships, and accept and release all emotions.

therapeutic counselling
My holistic approach focuses on healing the psyche - the mind, body and emotions- and is meant to resolve beliefs, feelings, behaviours and/or body responses that are interfering with living a full, integrated life.
Trained in counselling psychology and solutions focused brief therapy, mindfulness and yoga I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual assault, self harm, disordered eating, family issues, loss and bereavement, and relationship issues.

Sessions are 55 minutes long and ideally one session per week, at a time agreed on together. Our first few sessions will involve an evaluation of your needs. If you decide to continue with therapy, we will discuss a plan forward together. Therapy involves a commitment of time, money, and energy, so it is important to find the right fit.​​

visual journalling
Guided by your artistic spirit, visual journaling allows you to look deep within at imagery, archetypes, that help you to better understand the emotions and thoughts your body is holding onto. Combining guided visualizations with guided dialogues you learn to understand your true self and find ways to move forward with more clarity and heart.

Group work allow individuals to share their stories in a safe, supportive environment. Witnessing others share their struggles helps to know you are not alone and offern new awereness and insights. Groups provide a circle of healing to move past trauma, understand patterns and learn new ways of being with others.
creative workshops
Transformative workshops bring small groups of people together to explore universal topics about the human condition. Sharing our story is hugely empowering, allow us to embrace vulnerability and enables us to see our story through others eyes in a supportive, empathetic environment. Workshops for self-development use visual journaling, breathwork and guided exercises to heal and grow.
